This general dental practice in South Auckland is searching for a part time dentist.

About the practice and the role:

Full time/Part time/Locum, we can be flexible
This is a sole practitioner role most of the time
2 Chair general practice has digital x-rays and uses Exact software
Autonomy over clinical decisions with a supportive team and clear systems
Growing books with strong new-patient flow
Friendly, supportive and collaborative team culture
CPD/mentoring support available
Offering patients restorations, crown and bridge, extractions, all general dentistry - but mainly emergency
Located with easy motorway access
Remuneration: 40% commission or negotiated day rate, with free staff parking
For the right candidate a profit sharing option is available.

About you:

Minimum of at least one year general dentistry experience in New Zealand
Comfortable working independently
Knowledge of and proficiency with all aspects of general dentistry
Confident planning and discussing treatment plans with patients
Interest in cosmetic or preventative dentistry a bonus
Great chair side manner, with strong communication skills
Enjoys being part of a team
