This brand new practice in West Melton is searching for an associate dentist.

About the practice and the role:

• Full time 4-5 days 8 hour days
• Starting 1 August 2026
• Sole practitioner
• There is a list of patients just waiting for the practice to open its doors
• Senior dentist available at other practice 20 minutes away
• Brand new practice and fit out includes rotary endo, intra oral scanner and camera, CBCT, OPG and Aiflow
• Supported by a team of hygienist, receptionist and visiting orthodontist
• There is some book building to be done here, but the practice has a marketing plan for the opening and has received positive feedback
• Remuneration: 40% commission + free car parking
  

About you:

• Ideally 5+ years, but will consider less experience for the right clinician
• Motivated and keen to succeed
• Knowledge of and proficiency with all aspects of general dentistry
• Confident planning and discussing treatment plans with patients
• Comfortable being a sole practitioner
  
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Warm and caring manner
• Enjoys being part of a team
