General dental practice seeking experienced dentist

About the practice and the role:

• Initially part time (2 days) and progressing to full time later in the year, when the new additional surgery is completed
• Multi chair practice, super busy, high-end practice
• Serving the community for more than 30 years
• Modern general practice offering patients general and cosmetic dentistry including: implants, veneers, crowns, endo, composite fillings, surgical extractions, pros, clear alingers, whitening and hygiene
• Very experienced team consists of 4 dentists, 3 hygienists, dental assistants, and practice manager
• Equipment includes: CBCT, OPG, cone beam scanner, waveone rotary endo, and Trios5 scanner
• Remuneration: 40% commission or starting salary of $165,000 + relocation cost of $2,000
  • Good earning potential in excess of $240,000

About you:

• 1+ years clinical experience
• Knowledge of and proficiency with all aspects of general dentistry
• Confident planning and discussing treatment plans with patients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about providing exceptional patient care
• Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
